There had to be a place to capture all those things that do not easily fall into one of the specific categories for my devotionals. Things like how I got here (not a birds and bees question), what do I think about current events, policy trends, or social media posts, or the random thought that popped into my head while driving to or from work. Not a birds and bees question.
It was never my intention to get involved in politics, public policy, or to work for the Texas Legislature. Then a local school told a stay-at-home mom she could not see a copy of the test being given to her children.
